Sigrun Sagedahl is a lawyer and partner at Projure Law Firm. She works primarily as an adviser to businesses in the field of employment law. She has extensive experience ranging from individual personnel and personal protection issues, to major company restructuring processes, downsizing, transfers of business ownership, moratorium cases, etc. Sagedahl works with due diligence processes in connection with business acquisitions, and specifically with those aspects involving employment law issues.

In recent years she has focused increasingly on businesses that contract in a large proportion of their workforces (including foreign workers), and on temporary employment agencies. She has thus built up specialist expertise in the rules governing general application and the new regulations governing non-discrimination. She provides assistance to companies following audits carried out by, and directives from, the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, not least in the field of compliance. Here she provides legal advice that ensures that companies have proper procedures and contracts in place during downsizing processes. Sagedahl has also had several assignments in the borderland between lobbying activities and the law.

She regularly gives presentations to businesses and other organisations in south-western Norway. She has also given many presentations for the Norwegian Bar Association's continuing education organisation "JUS", including on the issue of general application (to a total of approx. 700 lawyers practising employment law). During 2012 and 2013 Sagedahl gave a series of presentations to the Rogaland business community on the EU Agency Work Directive.

She also takes on cases for corporate executives and has negotiated a large number of severance agreements.
